OK so I get an order from a buyer (johnplayer) orders I gram of coke and waits 4 days for me to finalize so when I do he sends me a bullshit email

can u CANCEL my order? i dont trust u anymore,
i wanted to cancel my order today, but suddenly it is in transit...after 3 days. just when i had the chance to cancel order...really funny
im not sure if u have coke, and i if i receive coke?!?!?!?!?! and no other shit...
I tell the guy it was sent so now I have shipped him a Free gram of Coke I get screwed for my Money and I am the asshole
so then I reply with this

I have 4 days in which to complete orders.I get about 15 orders a day and need to fill them and then drive to different post offices to mail the stuff this isn't like shopping at your fucking local corner drug dealer.I will cancel your order and then C/P your email in the forums so other vendors can see what they will have to deal with as you think that this is a 1hr drug stop
after that I receive another email this time even dumber than the first one

normally I don't give a shit but this guy is getting a free gram from me and I cancelled the order after I shipped because I don't like BAD Karma I let my product speak for themselves I have a lot of orders everyday and like I need this guy fucking up my Rating over a order that I processed and it was shipped to him
anyways if you guys deal with him enjoy the bullshit that will come with it

You should have gone to resolution center - they would understand where you're coming from and the buyer would get the shit rating, not you.

I'm a buyer and I don't think you should have let this guy get away with this. I am sure he new the exact number of days it takes before you can cancel an order.
You should have use the resolution center to get this guy to pay up. If he stayed true to form his next claim would be he didn't receive the gram so he should get his money back.
He is just going to pull the same crap on another vendor. Hell, he had already placed another order.
I would have posted his name in the vendor forums to warn them about this guy.

it is true that i ordered coke from him.
at the same day he started listening coke on his list i ordererd from him. i thought it will be nice cheap cocaine.
after 3 days nothing happened. so i asked him to cancel the order. because i wasnt able to, after the button "cancel" wasnt there anymore because he changed status of order, just when i wanted to cancel.
anyways after my second message he cancelled order, and started this topic.
a few lines above this text, there he says "this guy is receiving one gram for free now".
"ok mate, i already changed the feedback, and i can do it again( 5 of 5) if u want me to no problem,
it is my desire to let u know that i feel sorry for whats happened and it was not my intention,
as u maybe can see all of my transactions we're okay and every order gets to me. some of them i finalized early and some of them i hadn't to finalize early

keep your coin I know the package was sent when it gets there let me know and then you can pay me trust me this is the best coke around except for the washed coke on here all so I would like you to resend your info if you do not receive it & I always make sure that my packages are delivered give it 10 days max and then re email me OK Then you can fix the Feed Back to restore my 100% you screwed up Not me 12 days read

AS EVERYBODY CAN SEE
he doesnt list coca anymore, a few days he was listenening no single item. now some oil again.
and as u can see in rating, the ONLY TWO Guys which wanted to order coca from him didnt get anything. order was cancelled 2 times.
so NO ONE RECEIVED COCA from this guy.
wouldnt def not do buisness because its a strange thing.

I am getting a sample from Bill. I just had to pay for the shipping (3 coins). I will let everyone know how it goes. If it is a scam I'm only out 3 coins so it's not the biggest deal.

another thing is I don't think SR should allow buyers who Bitch to have their orders cancelled should be allowed to leave feed back.
Yes I should have gone to resolution but I am still a fairly new vendor & honestly I didn't KNOW I had the option to do that ( Lesson Learned for sure)
So now I have this guy that can effect my Feed Back anytime he wants with the ability to view feed back and change it.
I think they should really fix the way they allow FB to be used on cancelled orders (NO FB)

In future Bill just go straight to resolution. Whilst buyers have escrow to protect them the best way to protect yourself from someone who could be a scammer is by taking it to the admin. Resolution will aid you the most in these situations.

Yeah, I mean obviously you should try to resolve it and see how it goes with the client first, saves hassle however if you can't or think you are getting ripped off then just go straight there. Ultimately if you are both prepared to be reasonable then you should be able to settle it, if either the vendor or the client aren't prepared to come to an agreement generally it's pretty easy to see through it and the staff are there to oversee that if it's needed.
I'm not commenting on this situation here btw, I dunno what happened and it's none of my business but it's just some advice for the future as you are new I believe?

I take chances with new customers to help them build their stats but I will no longer be willing to help I am constantly out of pocket with new buyers and this affects my Feed Back Because someone decides to SCAM ME trust me this is a lesson learned

is from chinese order which was taken by customs, and i got an empty pocket as some other buyers too( u can ask the seller)

Yeah i forgot how refunds work... I have spent almost 3 times what you have and have a 1% refund rate..... I guess I have had some pretty good luck :)

(SO I DID LIKE A DUMB NEW VENDOR WITHOUT KNOWING MY RIGHTS TO RESOLUTION).
Then you turn around and send me bullshit emails saying I am a scammer
(JUST A HINT PEOPLE THAT ORDER SOMETHING AND GET AN EMAIL SAYING IT WAS SHIPPED AND THEN CANCEL THIER ORDER PRETTY MUCH FITS THE SCAMMER PROFILE)
So then I send you a free 1/2g of coke at my cost & Shipping (while I am giving samples away for free but charging shipping to people that want to sample it.
shit maybe when the 1g &1/2g free sample gets there I should TRUST YOU TO RETURN THEM TO SENDER SINCE YOU DIDN"T PAY FOR THEM AND PEOPLE HERE MISS UNDERSTAND THE GREAT STATS YOU HAVE OR THAT YOU HAVE NO WRONG INTENTIONS
